1. Who these terms are between
This website, calmspan.online, is published by Bounty Gastro s.r.o., Masarykovo nám. 1346/15, 790 01 Jeseník, Czech Republic, company registration 03037363. "We" and "us" mean that company; "you" means anyone reading the site. Using the site means accepting these terms. There is nothing to sign and no account to create.
2. What the site is
Calmspan publishes a five-step course about free-to-play PC games, written as general information for readers in Australia. It is not professional advice of any kind — not legal, financial, consumer, technical or security advice — and it is not tailored to your circumstances. If a decision matters enough to need advice, get it from someone who can look at your actual situation.
The course is not accredited training. There is no enrolment, no assessment, no qualification and no certificate, and finishing it entitles you to nothing beyond having read it.
3. Accuracy, and how quickly it ages
We write carefully and review the course at least twice a year, but the subject moves. Game requirements, prices, classifications, account processes and vendor policies are set by the companies that publish those games and can change without notice to us. Anything you read here about a particular product should be confirmed on the vendor's own current pages before you act on it. Where a vendor does not state something, the course says so rather than filling the gap.
4. Links to other sites
The course links to government bodies and to one commercial site. Those sites are not under our control. We are not responsible for their content, availability, security or practices, and a link is not an endorsement of anything beyond its usefulness as a reference. The affiliate links are described on the Affiliate Disclosure page, and what happens to your data once you leave is covered in the Privacy Policy.
5. Using the content
The text, layout and code of this site belong to Bounty Gastro s.r.o. You may read it, print it and share links to it freely, and you may print the checklists page for your own or your household's use. Republishing substantial parts of the text elsewhere, or presenting it as someone else's work, is not permitted without written permission. Brand names mentioned belong to their owners.
6. Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Those rights apply in addition to these terms, and where a term conflicts with them, the law wins.
Subject to that, and to the extent the law permits, we exclude liability for loss arising from your use of this site or from reliance on general information published here, including loss caused by the site being unavailable, by a link that no longer works, or by a third party's product not matching its description. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to supplying the information again.
7. Changes to the site and to these terms
We may change, add to or remove pages at any time, and we may revise these terms. A revision takes effect when it is published, with the effective date at the top of this page updated. Continuing to use the site after that means accepting the revised terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, where Bounty Gastro s.r.o. is established, and the courts there have jurisdiction over disputes about them. This does not displace any consumer protection to which you are entitled under the law of the place where you live, including Australian consumer law, and it does not take away any right to bring a matter before a regulator or court in your own country where the law allows it.
