Email and post

Bounty Gastro s.r.o.
Masarykovo nám. 1346/15, 790 01 Jeseník, Czech Republic
Company registration: 03037363
Email: info@calmspan.online

Writing to that address is the only way to reach us, and the message arrives as an ordinary email. We hold no mailing list and send no newsletters, so nothing you send will result in marketing.

What to put in a message

If you are writing about a page, naming the page and quoting the sentence makes the correction far quicker. If a link to a government body has moved, telling us which one saves us finding it.

Two subject lines get handled on a defined track. Put Privacy request in the subject if you want to know what we hold about you, or want it corrected or deleted; the process and the 30-day timeframe are set out in the Privacy Policy. Put Complaint in the subject for anything you want treated formally, including about the affiliate links; that also carries a 30-day timeframe.

What we cannot help with

We are not the publisher of any game named on this site and have no access to anyone's game account. We cannot reset a password, recover an account, refund a purchase, remove a ban or pass a message to a game's support team. For any of that, contact the vendor directly through its own support channels — we have no standing there, and saying otherwise would waste your time.

We also do not give personal advice about whether a particular purchase is a good idea, or legal advice. The course is general guidance for readers in Australia, which the Terms and Conditions set out.

What happens to your message

Emails are read by people working for Bounty Gastro s.r.o., kept for 24 months after the last message in the conversation, and then deleted unless they are needed for a legal claim. They are not used for marketing, not added to any list and not shared, except with the email service provider that carries the mail. The detail, principle by principle, is in the Privacy Policy.

You do not have to identify yourself to write to us, and a pseudonymous address is fine for general correspondence. The exception is a request to access or correct personal information, where we need to be reasonably satisfied the request comes from the person it concerns.
